Bobby Rose reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

4. Returns

Only for the Netherlands: within 8 days you may return your jewelry in original condition, with the original packaging and well wrapped and packed with adequate postage to our address.

Within 14 days after receiving the goods in good condition Bobby Rose will refund the value of your returned purchase(s) without shipping costs. Returning goods is at your own expense. If the goods do not reach Bobby Rose in the original condition your right to a full refund may be affected. Bobby Rose is not responsible for returned items being lost or damaged in transit. Exclusion of right to return: sale items.

5. Taxes

All prices include 21% VAT.

6. Shipping

All the packages will be send by PostNL and are provided with an Track&Trace number. Bobby Rose will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery.
